About Nick

Nick MacPhee has been the VP of Special Investments at a national commercial real estate company, VP of Worldwide Operations at Microsoft, Managing Director at the Laird Norton Family Foundation, and Chief Impact Officer and Investor at MiiR, LLC., a certified B corp. which donates 3% of revenues to social causes.

He is a current board member of Eisenhower Medical Center and Pioneer Human Services; he previously held board positions with the Crisis Clinic, San Juan Preservation Trust, and University Child Development School. He’s the Founder of Friends of the Children King County (a mentoring program for at-risk youth), was a Program Officer at the Medina Foundation (a health and human services funder), worked as a consultant at Land Conservation Consulting Services, and is an organizer of the Behavioral Health Roundtable - a forum for philanthropists to learn about and engage in giving in the mental health arena.

Nick graduated from the University of Washington with a BA in Business Accounting.
